Do you sell to my country or region?
We are selling worldwide directly or through a network of our re-sellers. We are not selling to embargoed and sanctioned countries. We know our customers as well as end-users and insist on their high moral principles.

Is an export license required for purchasing your products?
Our company is shipping most of products from our headquarter in Hong Kong so we do not require export license. However, we do not supply to everyone and we never supply our products to blacklisted or sanctioned countries. We strictly do not allow to resell our products to such countries as well.

Do you have any certifications or qualifications for your products?
Yes, our products are certified and qualified to meet industry standards and regulations.

Is a warranty included?
For most of our products we use to give 1-year manufacturers warranty.

How long is delivery?
Delivery depends on stock at hand and size of the project. Please, email us on info@obsetech.com and we will let you know an exact date. Generally, if we do not have product in stock, it will take 15 to 40 days for production and delivery. Custom projects and requests may take more. Cooled cameras take at least 60-90 days.

What type of thermal cameras do you offer?
We offer both LWIR (Long-Wave Infrared) or uncooled thermal cameras and MWIR (Mid-Wave Infrared) or cooled thermal cores.

Do you offer customized cameras and solutions?
Absolutely. At OBSETECH we are always up for a challenge. Our highly trained staff is always willing to work with researchers to help them determine the best possible thermal imaging or any solution for their particular application. We are ready to design and produce camera to meet our clients specific needs.

What is your payment policy?
We accept only wire transfers. We work with our customers to ensure a smooth and secure transaction.

What is Calibration?
At OBSETECH we recommend that you have your infrared camera calibrated once yearly. Calibration is a process of ensuring that the temperature measurement of your infrared camera stays within the industry standard of ± 2°C or ±2%, whichever is greater. Uncalibrated cameras may produce highly inaccurate temperature readings resulting in a misdiagnosis.
